"FOR BEAUYS"
Prototype Triptych | 2025
A material dialogue with Joseph Beuys through encaustic. Hand-torn tea papers, manuscripts, and artisanal papers arranged vertically in relief, creating three textural variations on an okoume frame.
Concept: An archeology of the everyday, where the discarded is transfigured into a stratified landscape. An active homage that responds to his concerns (fat, felt, pedagogy) with my materials (tea, wax, papers).
